How to open MS Office documents in secure browser frame

In order to set up secure browser for showing MS Office documents you should perform the following steps (shown by the example of Word):

1. Click on any Word/Excel/PowerPoint file with the right mouse button > Open With > Choose Program > select Internet Explorer > select option Always use the selected program to open this kind of file > click OK. Shown by the example of Word:

2. File download dialog will appear. Please uncheck option Always Ask before opening this type and click on Open button.

3. In the Security tab of the friendlyway browser configuration, check option Enable file download, and select Always open option.

These settings will allow displaying MS Office documents in the secure browser window. It is strongly recommended to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint Viewers instead of Word, Excel, PowerPoint on the terminals. Otherwise it would cause security holes in your systems.
