I have installed composer network services on own server. While trying to register a terminal through the webconsole, I'm getting the following error: "System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x800403F2)…". What can cause this problem?

The status of a terminal indicates Failed. If I go to this terminal and open client service control center, to check the settings, I cannot upload the configuration to the server. The following error message is being displayed: Terminal profile cannot be loaded. What can be the cause of this failure and how to solve this problem?

I installed CMS Extension pack and successfully uploaded my contents to the server via Network Services in composer 7. But when I am trying to upload the project in Internet Explorer via WebConsole I am getting the following error message: CMS service is not installed. Please download and install it now. I can establish a VNC connection to my terminals by using the remote service button in the webconsole, but the VNC area remains black. This problem occurs only on machines running under Vista. Is it possible to solve this problem?
